The
glaring misstep in traditional schools is that they do not show any
concern towards developing interests, traits or passions in their
students. This is obstructing students’ individual, creative and
personality development. Devoid of any interests or passions, these
children will find it difficult to lead a rich, dynamic and
fulfilling life once they grow up. They will remain uninterested in
